Marketing Coordinator Germany (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Coordinator (m/f/d)* to support the Marketing team in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This job is full of variety, and you’ll need to be able to turn your hand to a multitude of tasks. Based in Norderstedt, Germany, you will work within the European Marketing team reporting into the German Marketing Manager.

Your Responsibilities

  • Market products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Track sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plan meetings and trade shows, maintain databases, and prepare reports.
  • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analysing sales forecasts; prepare marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives
  • Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
  • Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.
  • Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising.
  • Monitor budgets by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Monitor German social media accounts, create content, book campaigns and respond to messages.
  • Assist Content Managers with German translations and proofreading of marketing materials, website and digital content.
  • Assist Marketing Managers and the website team with SEO strategy in German.
  • Be flexible when required regarding hours and work priorities.

Your Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate of Marketing, communications, business marketing or equivalent degree or +1 years’ experience in Marketing.
  • Experience in Marketing Coordination, Project Management and Process Improvement.
  • Open to acquire new skills such as SEO.
  • Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills to ensure clear and precise communication.
  • Fluent in English and German: additional language skills are an advantage.
